1.Features:
① Flexible installation options: can be fixed onto primary wires or bottom boards.
② Compatible with various primary wire types, including flat-type wires, round wires, and cables.

 Note:

Terminals 1and 4 are reserved for other variable ratios. Don’t lead out unless needed.

² Installation instruction:

Take four support legs without a riveted nut (included in the package along with the product) and insert them into the sockets as shown in the right figure. When the legs are inserted to the end, the center distance between the mounting holes is 41.5×33. The diameter of the mounting hole for the support leg is Φ 5.0. Then use M4 screws to fix the current transformer on the bottom board.

 

Mounted on primary wire:

Take two support legs with M4 riveted nut (included in package along with the product) and insert them into the sockets as shown in the right figure. When the legs are inserted to the end, the center distance between the riveted nuts is 41.5. Drill a blind hole at the proper position on the wire, and then fix the current transformer on the primary wire with M4 screws

Notes:

a. In practical applications, it is recommended to use a sampling resistor that is smaller than or equal to the rated value given in the table above, as this can help to improve the non-linearity and phase shift of the device.

b. If the required current ratio is not listed in the table above, we can provide custom-made options to meet specific needs.

 

8Attention:

 Connect the primary winding of the current transformer in series with the measured current loop, and operate the secondary winding in near short-circuit mode.

 Do not allow the secondary winding of the current transformer to be open-circuited and do not install any fuse in the secondary circuit.
